The course addresses the contractual difficulty of being both a buyer (from the supplier) and a seller (to the end user.)
Specific attention is paid to;
Exchange Control issues;
The various VAT positions in merchanting;
Marine Insurance complications when merchanting;
Synchronizing the appropriate Commercial Terms;
Changing documents to preserve anonymity;
The suitable delegate should have a fair understanding of trade as this is an advanced course.
The course fees include an electronic copy of the presentation material, plus copies of the official text of Incoterms (R) 2010 and a hyperlinked electronic copy of the 5th Edition of Trading Words & Phrases. The company also receives one of the latest Incoterms (R) 2010 wall charts.
