DD2 - DURBAN: Commercial Terms - Incoterms ® 2010

This course is a compact  7-hour presentation dealing with the complexities of Commercial Terms with specific emphasis on the correct use of the ICC Incoterms Rules. It is a full and interactive  day, and an excellent forum for questions &answers.

HOW TO provisionally BOOK: Step one– on the right-hand side of the page you’ll see a place to insert your email address. The next ‘page’ captures your details and the page after, your company’s. This is the ONLY time you need do this. You are then sent a ‘link’ by email (this is an anti-spam measure).
Step two - you click the email link and this takes you to a summary of your booking with the opportunity for you to amend, add or delete delegates. Step three - once you are happy, you click ‘send pro-forma’ and that is the provisional booking taken care of. Your ‘accounts’ will receive the pro-forma invoice and the delegate will receive provisional notification of the booking.

Bookings are only confirmed on payment.

Thereafter, all you will ever need to do is insert your email address on the right-hand panel as above, and get the anti-spam ‘link’ by email; click on that link and select ‘send pro-forma’. So it is: email address, click the email link, click the pro-forma request – one, two, three finished.
